Recently, Feng Haibo, General Manager of Hanyong Group, led a team of middle and senior management executives on an invited in-depth inspection and exchange visit to Jiangsu Maian Group. Xu Bin, Chairman of Maian Group, extended a warm reception, and Zhou Bin, Director of Sales, accompanied the visit throughout. Centered on the theme of “Shared Growth and Win‑Win Cooperation”, both sides held candid and productive discussions on intelligent manufacturing, digital transformation, human resources system development and industrial technological innovation.


Accompanied by Director Zhou Bin, General Manager Feng Haibo and his entourage visited Maian’s core facilities including digital production lines, AI digital twin design platform, experimental concept verification center, the Institute of Innovation and Engineering Design, as well as the Science and Technology Innovation Center. The Hanyong team gained first‑hand insights into how digital twin technology runs through equipment design, simulation verification and production line optimization, and was deeply impressed by Maian’s outstanding capability in efficiently linking concept validation with large‑scale manufacturing. The fully transparent management covering intelligent production scheduling and quality traceability on digital production lines also served as an intuitive benchmark for intelligent manufacturing for the visiting team.


During the subsequent forum, the Maian team systematically shared experience in building digital management systems and elaborated on advanced production technologies for feed and starch‑based products. In the special session on human resources management, relevant executives of Maian comprehensively explained the logic behind its HR system, implementation of corporate values and distinctive talent development models. Hanyong’s management listened attentively and engaged in in‑depth exchanges on practical issues such as organizational capability building, corporate culture implementation and performance incentives.

The in‑depth dialogue extended beyond human resources topics. Both sides dedicated time to discussing shared challenges including the profound impact of digitalization on corporate operations, and how to break down internal silos and improve cross‑departmental collaboration. Participants shared insights and practical experience in data integration, process reengineering and collaborative mechanism innovation in an open and sincere atmosphere.
During the exchange, Xu Bin, Chairman of Maian Group, also shared his dedication to the manufacturing industry and sense of social responsibility. He stated that national strength is the most solid foundation for enterprises to forge ahead, and that companies can achieve sustainable development only by aligning their own vision with national progress. His remarks struck a strong chord with all attendees.
