Hanyong Group Accelerates Green Technological Transformation for High-Quality Sustainable Development

Construction of Henan Hanyong Group’s 10 million m³/year anaerobic sewage treatment and biogas recovery upgrading project is advancing steadily amid midsummer heat. The project’s first phase has completed the construction of six 27-meter anaerobic tanks with a single capacity of 3,000 m³, as well as three large secondary and final sedimentation tanks. The site is now focused on pipeline layout and supporting equipment installation. Workers are carrying out standardized steel bar laying for the aerobic tank base, solidifying the foundation for subsequent concrete construction.

Serving as a core green initiative of the group, the first phase will deliver a daily sewage treatment capacity of 15,000 m³ upon operation. Treated water will be recycled for in-plant reuse, while recovered biogas will replace coal for boiler combustion. The project significantly cuts energy consumption and pollutant emissions, improves the group’s circular resource utilization system, and strengthens its low-carbon and sustainable development advantages.
Guided by high-quality development strategies in 2026, Hanyong Group is accelerating industrial upgrading centered on green transformation, intelligent manufacturing and industrial chain optimization. Multiple key projects are being advanced in parallel, including DDGS protein feed equipment expansion and intelligent renovation of alcohol production lines.
